At Walgreen Co., he administered an enterprise RFP for chain-wide depository services that reduced bank fees by $4.8M (21%), introduced new bank-fee tracking that saved $800K in the first year, and built tools and processes that improved visibility, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

n subsequent leadership roles, he continued expanding his scope—supervising treasury staff, managing banking relationships tied to major credit facilities, and advancing treasury operations through systems and process optimization. At National Tax Search, he managed cash operations involving $9.5B annually, led a team of 14 analysts, initiated a bank services RFP to lower fees, and implemented daily bank reconciliation using Kyriba to accelerate month-end reporting.

In addition to corporate experience, Mr. Woodbridge is an accomplished entrepreneur, serving as a franchisee and owner-operator where he coordinated financing and buildout, led hiring and onboarding, managed payroll and training, and built the operational foundation to run a successful people-driven business.
